Postell Law is the practice of Michael Postell, a lawyer licensed by the Law Society of Ontario. Michael advises individuals and families on wills, powers of attorney, and estate administration, while accepting select matters from churches, charities, and not-for-profit organizations.
Originally from North Carolina, Michael moved to Canada after marrying his wife, a Canadian, and now makes his permanent home in Ontario. His connection to church life began at an early age. He later served as a volunteer youth leader, gaining a practical understanding of church life and the responsibilities carried by leaders and volunteers.
Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications, with a minor in Accounting, from Bryan College. He earned his Juris Doctor from Liberty University School of Law in 2022. After moving to Canada, he completed the National Committee on Accreditation process in 2025 and was called to the Bar of Ontario in June 2026.
Michael values clear, direct communication and legal advice that clients can understand and use. He takes the time to understand each client’s circumstances, explain the available choices, and carry the work through with care.
